What You'll Learn:

  • Create customised visual content using AI tools such as DALL·E and Canva Magic Media to develop product demonstrations, service guides, and promotional materials. These visuals will simplify information, match customer preferences, and help customers better understand and trust the organisation’s offerings.

  • Create personalised AI-generated videos using tools such as Synthesia or Pictory. They will produce video messages for onboarding, post-purchase follow-ups, and loyalty engagement to build stronger customer connections and encourage long-term loyalty.

  • Apply AI-powered visual storytelling to support service recovery, including personalised apology videos and problem-solving visuals. Ensure all content aligns with the organisation’s brand voice to rebuild trust and enhance the overall customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria for SMEs

SMEs must meet the following requirements:

  • Be registered or incorporated in Singapore.

  • Have an employment size of no more than 200 employees OR an annual sales turnover not exceeding $100 million.

Eligibility for SME-Sponsored Trainees

  • Must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs).

  • Course fees must be fully sponsored by the employer.

 ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years and above

  • Minimum Primary or WPLN 3

  • Basic Proficiency in Written and Spoken English

  • Computer literacy: Possess basic computer skills
