Deliver compelling communications to secure employee buy-in for change initiatives by analysing internal and external environments impacting change programmes, demonstrating the ability to craft targeted messages that address concerns and align with organisational goals using insights into regulatory shifts or customer trends.

Identify business activities and processes to integrate changes by evaluating resource types and factors supporting change initiatives, accurately mapping workflows and allocating resources such as staff training to ensure seamless implementation with zero disruptions to daily operations.

Present project performance outcomes to stakeholders in accordance with organisational procedures by identifying reasons for resistance to change and applying mitigating actions.

Drive execution of change control procedures for initiatives and analyse resource and cost impacts by understanding implementation plans and stakeholder needs, managing timelines and presenting cost-effective.

Assess change performance against benchmarks, identify implementation challenges, and deliver training to equip employees for changes by analysing operational impacts, evaluating outcomes and facilitating training.

Eligibility Criteria for SMEs
SMEs must meet the following requirements:

Be registered or incorporated in Singapore.

Have an employment size of no more than 200 employees OR an annual sales turnover not exceeding $100 million.
Eligibility for SME-Sponsored Trainees

Must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs).

Course fees must be fully sponsored by the employer.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
Applicants must be at least 21 years and above
Minimum 1 GCE ‘O’ level credit
Employability Skills System (ESS) Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level (WPLN) Level 4
Computer skills is not required.
