School Policy

1. Minimum 75% attendance is required to receive certification.

2. Attendance is recorded via signed attendance sheet and SingPass eAttendance. You will be required to login to your SingPass. Please ensure you have SingPass APP on your mobile phone and know your SingPass password.

3. Learner must notify the school 24 hours in advance if they are NOT ABLE to attend a class.

4. Reschedule of class can be arranged within 14 days from the course start date, subject to availability.

5. If rescheduled class needs to be rescheduled again, there is an admin fee of SG$30.

6. Refunds are only applicable for withdrawals within 14 days of the course start date.

7. There is no strict dress code. However, smart casual wear is highly encouraged.

8. Hygiene is of utmost importance. All learners must sanitise hands and tools before and after each session.

9. Learners and staff must treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times.

10. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
